Max Eckelman has worked on both sides of building: the plans on paper and what happens in the field.
He studied business management, then worked in administration, project management, custom homes and commercial construction. Over time he took on whole projects, coordinating trades, solving design problems and making sure the finished build matched what was promised.
In 2020 Max moved his family to the Black Hills for more space, a strong community and a good place to raise kids. One local build led to the next through word of mouth and the Parade of Homes.
Newhouse still works the way he learned: design, pricing and building handled by one team, with the details decided on paper before the crews need them.

Max meets you, walks the lot or the house, and talks honestly about what you want, your timeline and your budget range. You don't need land, plans or selections to start.

Design and pricing together
Floor plans, exterior elevations and renderings are drawn and priced at the same time, so the design stays in line with the budget.

Details on paper
Interior elevations for cabinets, built-ins, tile, niches and lighting. You mark them up and sign off on selections before the trades need answers.

Budget and agreement
A construction budget built from real selections, then a clear contract and schedule.
