No. You can bring plans, inspiration images, or only a starting idea. Newhouse can help move the project into design, drafting, renderings, and budget planning.
Do you build smaller homes?
Yes. Newhouse is known for custom work, but the process is not only for large luxury homes. The team can help clients make realistic choices for simpler homes, cabins, and budget-conscious projects.
What kinds of projects are the best fit?
Newhouse Builds is best fit for custom homes, cabins, major additions, structural rebuilds, design planning, and select commercial projects. Small kitchen or bathroom updates and minor remodels typically are not a fit.
How long does design and planning take?

What warranty do you offer?
Newhouse typically provides a one-year warranty period and works to address builder-responsible issues that show up after move-in. Specific coverage is confirmed in the contract for each project.
